Reflection on the Experience of Blogging
Time flies, the semester is coming to an
end. At the beginning of the term, most of us feel that it is hard to create
and maintain our own blogs. Luckily, my blogging system is Blogger.com and it’s
pretty easy to get started. And then I gradually find its fun because it
provides me an open platform to share my ideas with you. Blogs are great ways
of gaining confidence, practicing writing, and participating in networks of
other learners.
Through running my blog, I have got a
deeper insight on mind mapping and shared some great ideas with others. But I
think I should have more personal thoughts about the topic based on my
research. And from the statistics, I can tell the times of viewing is usually
low and all visitors are from our class. Maybe I need to put more efforts to make
my blog more influential and attractive.
Also, others’ blogs show me a new world
that I have never seen before. I was not familiar with VR, AI, Gamification,
Google tools and other technologies. Now I have to admit that these
technologies will have great potential in the educational environment.
At last, thank you again for your love and

ReplyDeleteWhen I read one of our assignments was to create and maintain a blog I was not thrilled. I do not like social media and just assumed a blog would be like Twitter and Instagram. Boy, was I wrong. I learned quite a bit blogging. I had to conduct a lot of research about gamification and I came across some great information on technology and resources I never knew was out there. Blogging has opened my eyes to different information and ideas. Now, when I am conducting my research for a topic or assignment, I look at different blogs to see what is being discussed. Also, looking at the different blogs in our class has been very informative. I have learned a lot from this class just by blogging. I did not think I would have enjoyed this assignment but I have.
